What do you shoot on?

All videos are shot with the amazing iPhone 15 Pro Max camera.

How do I get there?

by train - N or W to 30av stop. Walk a few blocks to 35th street and turn right. We are between 30av and 31av.

How do I pay?

We accept Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal or Cash (exact amount). Information on where to send payment will be on your confirmation email.

Payment in full is expected upon confirmation of your session time or anytime before your session begins. 

Should I bring sides?

Yes! Bring a copy for yourself and the reader!

Can I bring my friends?

Unless you are a minor - no guests are allowed to attend your session. There is a coffee shop at the corner where they can wait for you to be done as well as plenty of other options around.

Is there a waiting room?

There is no waiting room. We advise you to show up on time and not early, in case a client is before you.

Do you take last minute bookings?

We do!

We may not always be able to accommodate but reach out and let us know!

How do I get my files after?

Your chosen takes will be either AirDropped to you on the spot, or sent to your email address via WeTransfer at the end of your session if there is time left.

Otherwise, you will receive them via WeTransfer in a couple hours or by end of the business day.

Do you edit and upload to ActorsAccess?

Your number one chosen take will be trimmed front and back, but you are responsible for any additional editing and for uploading your auditions on your own time.

If you are brand new to selftapes we may happily assist in showing you the ropes but only if there is time to do so at the end of your session.

Can I roll over unused time or prorate my fee?

All paid for time slots are final, even if you finish in 15min for a 30 min session. Unused time cannot be rolled over.

What's your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Cancellations done less than 24 hours before your session will result in either 

a) forfeit of 100% of your session fee 

b) added to the naughty list (two strikes and you will not be allowed back to the studio) :)

Rescheduling less than 24 hours before your session will result in a 50% session fee that is added on to your next booking.

Is there an elevator?

There is no elevator in the building.
